just a quick post

to keep your interest (hopefully), and here is a quick painting (to accompany the quick post) that I'm finishing up this week in Tony's class. It isn't done yet, so I'll be sure to repost once it's complete and retouched with varnish (it is a bit dried in at this point). Next week, I'll start a new one from the opposite side of the pose, as well as a painting of Raven (here is the poster study I did this afternoon - it should be fun to paint). I may try to take, and post, progress shots like I used to do in the good old days - so check back on occasion. Late.
